Adam Craig Ellis, President

Biography

In the realm of live entertainment, Adam Craig Ellis emerges as a stalwart with an impressive thirty-year legacy, orchestrating a plethora of events across nightclub and arena venues, collaborating with major league sports teams, and managing tours for circus and family shows throughout the Northeast United States, by implementing successful digital marketing, media, sales and promotional programs.

Ellis embarked on his journey in 1998 with the Tampa Bay Storm (AFL). From the role of an intern, he ascended to the position of Account Executive / Game Day Supervisor over three seasons, simultaneously pursuing his B.S. in Marketing from the University of South Florida. Ellis not only navigated all facets of game day activities, including hosting ArenaBowl XII at The Ice Palace, he pioneered innovative marketing strategies, including a successful four-pack promotion with Checker’s / Rally’s. Additional experience during this time included Hoop-It-Up, volunteering for Super Bowl XXXV, one season with the Tampa Bay Rays (MLB) promo crew, as well as one year as a Box Office Seller at the USF Sun Dome (NCAA).

In 1999, Ellis graduated USF and joined Globe Facility Services as Marketing Manager, steering the ship through a merger with Comcast-Spectator, birthing Global Spectrum. His tenure witnessed a meteoric rise in the client roster from seven to twenty-five venues, showcasing his prowess in marketing and management. Responsible for preparing proposal responses (RFP’s) for the management of Public Assembly Facilities, the corporate newsletter, and industry research, Ellis collaborated with partner companies Front Row Marketing, Ovations Food Services and Flyers Skate Zones on naming rights, venue management and food service deals. In 2001, Ellis transitioned from the corporate office to the newly renovated Pinellas Expo Center and managed the venue’s grand opening before moving to New York.

One week after September 11th, Ellis made the move to N.Y.C. joining Feld Entertainment as a Regional Marketing and Sales Manager. For four years, he played a pivotal role in promoting Disney On Ice and Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus across iconic venues in NY, NJ, CT, PA and MA, earning accolades such as Promotion of The Year and PR Event of the Year. Fortunate to work on the team promoting The Greatest Show on Earth at The World’s Most Famous Arena (MSG), Ellis completed over twenty tours, and left Feld Entertainment with a deep appreciation for, and knowledge of the industry.

At only twenty-nine years old, Ellis assumed the role of Director of Marketing at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, overseeing non-hockey events for SMG. His six-year tenure saw him surpassing projections on numerous family shows and concerts, implementing new revenue streams, and collaborating with the four-time Stanley Cup Champion New York Islanders (NHL) on marketing strategy. Ellis was responsible for sponsor fulfillment, ticket sales & group sales operations as well as coordinating VIP & ADA services, until the arena was to be shut down for extensive renovations.

Amidst a changing landscape in 2011, Ellis embraced the challenge of becoming the Director of Marketing at The Paramount, a newly opened 1,573-capacity club venue in Huntington, New York. Over the last twelve years, he has steered the venue to unprecedented heights, earning accolades such as Nightclub of The Decade & Nightclub of The Year. As venue spokesman, Ellis coordinates a staggering 200+ events annually, boasting the title of #1 highest-grossing worldwide club venue. His strategic prowess extends to digital marketing, where sales have resulted in the highest ticket average, by percentage of capacity sold, for any venue of its size, having promoted nearly 2,000 events over this span. In November 2024, The Paramount was purchased by Live Nation, and Ellis was transferred to the corporate office where he continued overseeing marketing efforts for all events at The Paramount, as a member of the Northeast Regional Marketing Department until March 2026.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Ellis remains deeply engaged in his community, serving as a current board member of The Social Media Association of New York and past board member of the Nassau County Sports Commission & Huntington Township Chamber of Commerce. A fitness enthusiast, Ellis balances his rigorous career with activities like road cycling, cross-fit, tennis, and an adept bowling game. As he enters the next chapter of his illustrious career, Ellis looks forward to maintaining his leadership role in the live entertainment industry for years to come.
